Tuesday, February 22, 11 am – 1 pm. Join us for a day of outdoor and indoor fun with snow sports, stories, and crafts. Meet the authors and illustrators of four fabulous new children’s books about the snowy season: Robin and Jamie’s Ice Harbor Mittens, Katie Clark and Amy Huntingon’s Grandma Drove the Snowplow, Lynn Plourde’s The Blizzard Wizard, and Karel Hayes’s Snowflake Comes to Stay. The Market and Outdoor Center, Pineland Farms, 15 Farm View Drive, New Gloucester, Maine.

Friday, March 4. Jamie Hogan and Robin Hansen will be at Long Island, Maine, school and Chebeague Island Library.

Saturday, March 5, 10 am – 2 pm. Knit Wit, Congress Street, Portland Maine. Robin will lead a workshop on coastal knitting from Maine to Sweden.

During the one hour noon break, Jamie Hogan will speak on the back story of her Ice Harbor illustrations. Her original Ice Harbor Mittens pastels will be on display throughout the day.

Ice Harbor Mittens, Sunny’s Mittens, and Favorite Mittens will be available for sale.
